Max Fisher Market Intelligence Consultant
I help businesses in Montgomery and Frederick counties, Maryland, clarify what they offer and make it easier for customers to find and book them.
I grew up in Montgomery County, with roots in Frederick. I'm your neighbor, not an agency in another state.
Who I work with
Pick the one that sounds like you.
You run a local service business.
HVAC, tinting, cleaning, trades. Customers search for you, then something stops them from booking. I find out what.
Local search game plan → Dental practicesYou run a dental practice.
New patients compare you to the practice down the street before they ever call. I show you what they see.
New patient search check → Building ownersYou own or manage a building.
Montgomery County's energy standards start checking large buildings in 2028. I turn your public energy record into a plan.

I know these streets because I grew up on them.
Your customers search from specific towns and ZIP codes, not from "the DMV." I look at your business the way a customer in your area would, because I'm one of them.

Why "market intelligence"
The diagnostic comes before the fix.
Before marketing, I spent years as a vascular ultrasound technologist at Frederick Health. Every decision started with an accurate measurement. Nobody guessed.
Most marketing skips that step. It sells you a package before anyone has looked at what's going wrong. I do it the other way around: I look up your business the way a customer would, read the public data for your area, and tell you plainly what I found.
A real example: a mobile window tinter had reviews saying "couldn't find the location" and "nobody was there." He goes to the customer. Nothing online said so. The fix wasn't more ads. It was one clear sentence: mobile service by appointment, we come to you.
